Launch Celebration of “Reading Lu Xun through Carl Jung"

I’m really astonished that my book “Reading Lu Xun through Carl Jung" will finally be launched. All those hours of reading, researching, reflecting, writing; of running into dead ends, wrestling vague thoughts into language, even trying to forget the whole project; of soul searching to understand Jung from the inside and close reading to understand Lu Xun from the outside — all finished, done, behind me. The book is no longer mine but, for better or for worse, is now the world’s. This Saturday, March 24, 2018 is the launch celebration — my remarks in my next post.
